AI Card Save is a free tool that scans business cards and writes the extracted contacts to a Google Sheet you own. AI can misread cards — always review fields before saving.
The service
AI Card Save lets you photograph a business card and have an AI model extract the printed fields (name, company, phone, email, etc.) so they can be saved into a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.
Accuracy disclaimer
AI extraction is not perfect. The model may misread characters, swap fields, or miss information entirely — especially on stylized or damaged cards. You are responsible for reviewing every contact on the review screen before saving it to your sheet.
Your responsibilities
- • You may only scan cards that you have permission to scan and store.
- • You are responsible for complying with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) that apply to the contacts you save.
- • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you save into your sheet.
- • Don't use the service to scrape, harass, spam, or perform any unlawful activity.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI extraction results will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost contacts, missed follow-ups, or business losses.
Third-party services
The app uses Google APIs (Sheets, Drive) and an AI provider for text extraction. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
