Privacy Policy

In short
Your contacts live only in your Google Sheet. We don't run a contact database, we don't sell data, and we don't track you across the web.
What we process
- Business card images. When you scan a card, the image is sent to an AI provider to extract the printed fields. It is processed in memory only — we don't store the image on our servers after extraction.
- Extracted contact fields. Name, company, email, phone, and similar fields are held briefly in your browser's local storage as a draft so you can review and edit them. The draft is cleared once you save or cancel.
- Google OAuth tokens. Stored in your browser's local storage so the app can write to your sheet. They never reach our servers in a persistent way and are removed when you disconnect.
- Final contacts. Written directly to a Google Sheet in your Google Drive. You own it, you control it, and you can delete it at any time.
What we don't do
- • We don't store your contacts in our own database.
- • We don't share, sell, or rent your data to anyone.
- • We don't run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.
- • We don't read other files in your Google Drive.
Google account access
We request the narrowest possible Google permission, drive.file. This scope only lets the app see and edit files it creates — it cannot read the rest of your Drive. You can revoke access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AI processing
Card images are sent to a third-party AI model for text extraction. The image is used only to return the extracted fields and is not retained for training by us. Please review the AI provider's policies if this matters for your use case.
Your choices
- • Disconnect Google at any time from Settings.
- • Delete your sheet from Google Drive to remove all saved contacts.
- • Clear your browser storage to remove local drafts and tokens.
